The Super 8 Adrian, Michigan, was recently recognized by Wyndam Hotel Group for its innovative Veteran Parking program that honors military veterans with designated parking spaces. The Super 8 brand has replicated this program nationally, generating very positive accoladates for the Konover Hotel team.
Mike Mueller, Super 8 brand senior vice president, said this about the Veteran Parking program, "This idea came to life because of our team at the Super 8 in Adrian, Mich., whose maintenance manager is a U.S. Navy veteran. They first implemented veteran parking at their hotel earlier this year and when we learned of their efforts, and saw the incredible response they were getting from guests, we knew this was something we wanted to replicate across the brand."
